Dab brush in paint and wipe a bit off on a paper towel. Then lightly paint the piece. It gives a weathered look. Just use a regular Purdy brush. Now to get the final look….I wiped on one coat of Weathered Oak stain by Minwax. Immediately wipe over it with a paper towel to remove the excess. I let it dry thoroughly and added 1 coat of varnish.
